Transfer Account to New Admin

Template for a good new topic, formatted with Markdown:

  • ALM used (GitHub)
  • CI system used (Github Pipelines)
  • The rest of the information is not relevant to my issue

A previous Github Admin, that created our SonarCloud account is no longer with the company. I am the Github Owner, however I am not able to make any changes within SonarCloud. Can someone please advise on how we can resolve this issue without deleting and recreating our account? (Deleting account is actually not an option either as I am not able to do that)
