We had a problem with our credit card and this is fine now, but when we run a new scan, we keep receiving this error.
In platform, we do not have a button to make for this payment ok and cannot change the credit card to the same card, could any1 help us?

Your organization was suspended after we unsuccessfully tried to charge the card on file three times.
I see that you have tried to trigger new payments today and in the last days, but these keep being rejected by your bank.
Can you please review this situation with your bank and input the card again?
Alternatively, consider using a different credit card.
