Payment issue with VISA Corporate Card

Dear, I have paid plan for a while until the card was temporally suspended by the bank.
After fix the issue with the bank I want to start paying again the subscription and SonarCloud Tell me just update card information and the payment will be executed.
BUT I try with 4 different VISA Card and I got the same error in all the cases.
I called to CITI for 2 hours trying and trying they said that nothing is wrong from bank perspective.
I open several support cases looking for help en sonar and NOONE contact me. Awful Customer Experince.
Guy I want to pay you. Could you please HELP ME WITH THAT?
