Billing Issues - Randomly Stopped Renewing

Hi all,

We’re currently unable to pay the invoice on SonarCloud. Checked with the bank and there are no issues with the card and they are saying it’s being declined by SonarCloud - not them.

We’re currently in a position where we cannot run any of our pipelines as SonarCloud is suspended, cannot resolve the billing issues (as you have no support contact for situations like this), and cannot pay you as the card keeps declining (at your end).

Any support would be appreciated!

I hope you don’t think I’m just bouncing you around, but the best place to get support for billing issues is through our contact forum. Make sure to include your SonarCloud organization key.

Colin - already done that and waiting for a response.

We actually think we’ve solved it - it seems that your system doesn’t ask for a 3D Secure check if the card number is the same as it previously was but the expiry date and CVV number has changed.

We’ve swapped to a different card (same overall business “pot”) and it straight away threw up the 3D Secure auth form and worked. When using the original card it just didn’t ask for verification - straight declined it.

Werid, but back up and running now.
