Error changing credit-card

I try to change my credit card and got this message:
Could not change the payment method. Please verify that the information you provided is correct

I’ve verified the card is good with the bank. I’ve tried re-entering the card info, with no success. Suggestions

Can you send a print screen of the error and the last 4 digits of the credit card to contact@sonarcloud.io so we can review this?
