Creidt Card No Longer Working

About two weeks ago, we got this message:

Your analysis with ID “foo” has failed: your organization has been suspended. Edit billing info or see troubleshooting documentation.

Billing was good for several months before this message appeared. I’ve verified the card is still good with the bank. I’ve tried re-entering the card info, with no success. Suggestions.
