SonarQube vs Sonar Cloud

Hi ,

We are planning to use Sonar as a code review tool. Now based on what we have seen so far, we have narrowed down to SonarQube and SonarCloud. Pricing seems identical.

Also, our entire CI pipeline is on on-prem (bitbucket, teamcity).
Can someone please help pointing out the differences in terms of backend data availability, limit of branches.
