Sonarqube freezes on setup loading

we try to uprade our developer edition from 7.4 to 7.9.1
Sonar starts without any error messages in the logfile
After starting database setup the UI freezes loading endlessly.
Browser network log gives me the following message:

Failed to load resource. the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) :8443/js/vendors-main.m.d184ed05.chunk.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Failed to load resource. the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) :8443/js/main.m.df4d38dd.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Any idea what is going wrong?

The files requested are located in /web/js/

looks like a proxy / firewall error. try to calling it from api.

It was indeed a misconfiguration in our sonar.properties. Compared with a running instance, changed the configuration and Sonarqube is up again.
