I’m using SonarQube Version 10.4.1 and Bitbucket Server v8.14.3. Is it possible to integrate SonarQube issue markers and status-changing options directly into the Bitbucket code review page?

We don’t provide that functionality, and I’m not aware of any 3rd-party providers for that either.
