Hello Visual Studio users,
The SonarLint version 7.8 of Visual Studio is out!
With this release, we added 2 new rules for ASP.NET (S6934 & S6931). Regarding JS/TS, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are dropping the support of NodeJS v16, so please update your version if needed, you can check the announcement here. We also added 2 new rules (S6959 & S6958).
Moreover, we now support C++23 and we added 1 more rule for CFamily.
Moreover, we decided to stop supporting VS 2019 so this release will be the last one running on it. You can find more information here.
