Im using a 9.0.1-developer dockerized sonar and I have zombie builtin profiles hanging in my quality profiles, which I am not able to delete. The rules were created by old plugins and now they are stuck in my sonar.
This issue has been lost for 3 years and I would like to resurrect it 
. I would not call this improvement 
, this is definately a bug and it affects not just the community edition, but the developer too.
