Rule parameters pop-up too small

Hi,

When a rule has more than three parameters, the pop-up to update parameter values is too small to display them all and access the buttons. See screenshot below on SonarQube 10.3. Would it be possible to add a scroll bar?

Thanks for raising this, indeed there is already a reported issue with the modal and it has been tracked here https://sonarsource.atlassian.net/browse/SONAR-21104.

As you can see the issue will be fixed in 10.4.
