When I am trying to perform a bulk action on a project I am facing an error saying:
Results are temporarily unavailable. Indexing of issues is in progress and keeps loading

Welcome to the community!

8.4 introduced partial availability during startup, and what you’re seeing is an outgrowth of that. With previous versions SonarQube was simply unavailable until all the Elasticsearch indices were rebuilt. Now, you can browse the interface and see data for projects that have already been fully indexed. But there are limitations around this type of action and seeing projects that haven’t yet been reindexed.

TL;DR: this should go away “soon”.
