Projects management feature moved to enterprise

On our previous team plan, we had access to the Projects management feature, it seems that with the introduction of the new Enterprise plan that this has now been moved to the Enterprise plan only.

This has needlessly removed useful capabilities from organisation administrators on the Team plan.

But I also use the bulk-apply facility for permissions templates.

I can’t see why this would be an enterprise-only feature and would like it to be restored to the Team plan.

Is there any reason why this couldn’t be the case?
