When I change a quality gate of a project, I need to re-scan it to check for the status.
Is there any logical reasoning behind re-scanning it.
In my view, since the project already has all the metrics from the previous scan, like total number of blocker issues. Why it cannot use them when comparing it to newly assigned quality gate?
