Plugin compatibilty for version 8.9

Hi,

We currently have our setup for 7.9 version and want to upgrade to 8.9.

The below list of plugins from 7.9 are required however we could not find these plugins in the 8.9 community image.

Are all of these plugins bundled with the application? Could you please provide the resources and compatible versions of these plugins to download from.

Also could you please point the correct source to download 8.9community version sonarqube chart?

Hi,

Since SonarQube 8.9 is past EOL, it can only be a waypoint on the journey to a currently-active version such as 9.9.6 LTA, or 10.6, which is currently the latest.

Since you’ll only be on 8.9 briefly before you move on to 9.9+, you don’t need to install any plugins.

And by the time you get to a current version, you’ll find that all the SonarSource-provided functionality is included in the bundle, including the SCM integrations and the authentication methods.

You can find historical downloads here. Since you won’t actually be running under 8.9, merely upgrading to it and then moving on, there’s no real need to worry about hos it’s deployed. Just use the zip, and then you can move one to your preferred deployment method with 9.9+.
