what are you trying to achieve - The dependency-check plugin is not supported for the 8.9 version anymore, but if the plugin is copied to the plugins directory in sonarqube it may work as per this doc - GitHub - dependency-check/dependency-check-sonar-plugin: Integrates Dependency-Check reports into SonarQube
