We currently have some projects on GitHub and some projects on GitLab. We will consolidate all projects on GitHub at some point in the future, but it will take a while to get there. My boss has started a SonarCloud trial that is currently bound to GitHub but we also would like to trial the SonarCloud integration with GitLab.
I have tried to sign in with my GitLab account and connect to a project without success. Please see screenshot attached:
My boss has shared a screenshot (also attached below) that shows the trial is bound to GitHub. How can we include GitLab integration into this trial?

Unfortunately, a trial is tied to an organization.
As you cannot have the same org for both GitLab and GitHub, you may need to setup 2 trials here.

I have a very similar problem - but not with the trial. We plan to do PoC of the sonarcloud integration (to replace our on-premise installation of sonarqube) and our company has some repos in github and some in gitlab (the consolidation is on our roadmap, but I’d like to start with the sonarcloud PoC sooner).
I would like to know if we can associate our organization with both github and gitlab or if we need to split the PoC into two orgs and register two orgs.

Unfortunately you still need two SonarCloud organizations that will target both GitHub and GitLab, but since this is a trial, why not testing on only one organization for your PoC ?
