Paid Coupon migration between organisations

My team have a paid coupon organisation until Mid 2027 but we want to move our repo hosting from Azure DevOps into Github. AFAIK this can only be done by creating a new organisation and binding that org to the Github organisation.

I want to know if it is possible to move our paid coupon from the old organisation to the new one. We would like to continue to use the Sonar Services but do not want to have to pay twice.
