Hi,
does anyone know if there is an open source plan or program smilar to cloudflares project Alexandria (https://www.cloudflare.com/lp/project-alexandria/?ref=news.itsfoss.com) that make it possible for open source project to get the same features as some of the paid plan for free?

This is on our roadmap for this year. However, today, we still offer the Free Plan on SonarQube Cloud.
That’s still unlimited public lines of code and analysis of PRs targeting your main branch.
Could that work for you rproject?
We where hoping to be able to create a custom quality gate. But I think we could make workaround to make it work for us.

By any chance, do you have a more precise ETA for the open source plan by now? 
On our project (not the same as OP but still an open-source project), having analysis of PRs only targeting our main branch might be an issue, seeing our CI.

I don’t have an ETA to share. I just checked internally and it’s still (somewhere) on our priority list.

I’m not related to Petros, I just had the same question (with different limitations regarding workarounds) ! 
Will the legacy free plan be available until the Open-Source plan gets released ?
Whoops, sorry I was on autopilot. 
Migrating folks from the old free plan to the new free plan is not… (for lack of a less repetitive word) planned. 
The new SonarQube Cloud open-source plan is launching at the end of this month and will be exclusively available for public repositories. All legacy free plan organizations will be automatically transitioned to this new plan without any changes to their current features. Both custom quality gates/profiles and feature branch analysis will be available.
