We have just released a new SonarQube free tier that replaces the previous free offering.
The new tier enables users to scan private repositories (up to 50k lines of code), provides pull request (PR) and main branch analysis, supports 30 languages, frameworks, and IaC platforms, and allows up to 5 users. Free scanning for all public repositories, regardless of size, is also included. No credit card is required to sign up.
To upgrade your existing free offering to the new, free tier visit the Billing & Upgrade page, and select Modify plan.
Designed for small teams and individual developers, it makes it even easier to explore Sonar’s value before moving to a commercial offering.
