That’s great news!

Can you clarify what does If you are part of an open source organization exactly mean?

Does it mean, that an open-source project MUST BE officially under some OSS organisation, like Apache Foundation? or it is enough that a project is publicly available with an open-source license attached to it?

Looking at other projects shown at https://sonarcloud.io/explore/projects, I’m assuming the latter, since I see Microsoft/AWS projects there, but just making sure.

It is the latter. The plan is available for public projects.
