Not able to make payment with visa card

Hi Team,

We are unable to make the payment with the existing attached card (Visa ending in 6479). However as of now sufficient funds in it.
Also, we are unable to change the card as well.

Request you to please help us to resolve the issue.

Please contact your bank. It seems they have declined the card verification. They should be able to see the verification attempt and explain why they declined it and how you can fix it.

Please describe what happened. A screenshot of the error message would be helpful. Is the other card issued by the same bank?
