Not able to access setup page after upgrading SonarQube to 8.9.10 from 7.9.4

After upgrading from 7.9 to 8.9, there are no errors in any of the logs. the logs show SonarQube was started, however when I go the setup page the link does not come up, it shows the following error:

Hmmm… can’t reach this page

It looks like the webpage at http://ci-crso.gcsxxx.xxxx:9443/setup might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any advise to help troubleshoot this issue.

That’s not the type of response SonarQube gives. Looks like you need to talk to your network folks.

BTW, I hope you’re doing this 8.9 upgrade on your way to 9.9 LTS…
