Just head over to SonarCloud and sign up for an account. I believe the wizards will kick in to help you get set up.

You mean a SonarCloud organization? That’s easily fixed. Check out the ‘+’ menu at the top-right:

*Your project currently passes the QG because the QG is based on “new code” values and with only one analysis under your belt, nothing is counted as “new” yet. However, your coverage numbers are currently 0s, and you’ll stumble on that at the next release unless you generate and feed in the test coverage reports.
