sonar-crowd 2.2.0 has been released and provides support for SQ 8.9+

With the demise of travis-ci the analysis has not run for the latest version, but this is the one for the previous version: https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard?id=cm.xd.sonar-plugins%3Asonar-crowd-plugin
But the difference between the latest version is small: feature: compatibility with sonarqube 9.0 · deepy/sonar-crowd@5afe005 · GitHub

I’m no longer maintaining this, if anyone needs support for 8.9 or later the latest release from GitHub should work
