Lost premium support credentials

Hi team,
We are using Sonarqube EE - self hosted. We also have login credentials for the support portal Jira Service Management.
But these days, it is not asking us the credentails, but started asking to login with email first which we have lost some how or don’t remember that email

The portal used to look like this in screenshot 1 for which we have credentials.
But now it looks like this as in screenshot 2 which says to enter email that we have lost some how or don’t remember that email
