Increased the number of workers, still tasks are processed sequentially

Problem Statement:
Want to enable parallel processing of pull request and branch analyses, increased the number of worker counts still the tasks are being processed sequentially and not asynchronously. Kindly Advise.

Hi,

Your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:

8.9.2 → 9.9.3 → 10.3 (last step optional)
