How lines are counted in Developer Edition

Dear Joe,
Thank you so much for your previous replies. They have helped me a lot in my job. This time, I need to ask you if the lines limiter from the code of the version ‘DEVELOPER’ is independent of the plugin and the used language or, for example, if I use the external plugin, it can avoid the lines counter so that it just counts the plugins/official language.

All Lines of Code, regardless of the plugin that analyzes the code, count towards the license limit in commercial editions of SonarQube.
