How Can I exclude the analyze rule?

I am a new one for SonarCloud, it found many issues in my code.
But I want to exclude some rules from our Analyze report. How can I do?
I found this FAQ about Managing Quality Profiles - Managing Quality Profiles | SonarCloud Docs , the article told me to copy an existing profile

But, I cannot find any “copy” function in my Quality Profiles

Could anyone can help me?
Or let me know, how can I exclude a rule?

You’ll need to make sure that your user has Administer Quality Profiles rights in your organization.
