Hi,

I would like to know that can we disable a particular rule in sonar-python codeclimate plugin, or should we use all the rules by default?

Do you mean how to disable a rule in sonarcloud.io? You can do that by creating a custom Quality Profile - see the docs https://sonarcloud.io/documentation/standards/managing-quality-profiles/
