Hidden projects but visibile in application

Hi,

I’m using SonarQube Enterprise edition and I would like to “hide” some projects from dashboard console for a set of users but group those projects into an Application and let same users to see only aggregated data in that application.

Is it feasible with some Permission Template and Project Management configuration combination?

Hey there.

A user must have permission to see the underlying projects of an application/portfolio in order to see the details of those underlying projects (project breakdown, issues, measures, security reports)

Why do you want to hide the individual projects?

Hi Colin,

I mean to simply “hide” the project overview item under Projects tab considering we already have aggregated report and item overview in the same tab with an Application.
All details on related projects are collapsed into the Application

I can tell you that’s not possible today.

Can you share why having both displayed is causing an issue? I’d like to understand better!

It’s not an issue. It should be an option to show aggregated reports without showing unneeded breakdown reports that we choose developer should not to see. That’s it!
