We currently have SonarCloud integrated with our GitHub pull request gating. Everything has worked well for a period of time. For some reason, it stopped working and we get the following message for the PR rule check: “SonarCloud Code Analysis Expected — Waiting for status to be reported”
When navigating to the project in SonarCloud.io, the scan was successful with no issues. However, it’s not reporting the status back to GitHub.
Nothing has changed since it was working. Is there anything we can do to troubleshoot this?
We were able to resolve this issue. The major thing that we changed to address it was switch from using the Ubuntu integration to using Windows instead. I’m not sure or implying, but wondering if there is an issue with the Ubuntu integration. Either way, we’re now able to successfully receive results from SonarCloud into GitHub.
