I cannot sign in to my github account that was associated with an email account I can no longer access. I am not sure as to how to access that account without email verification

If you no longer have access to the GitHub account or associated e-mail address that was used to sign into SonarQube Cloud, I don’t think you’ll be able to restore your account! At this point there’s no way to verify you are the user to whom the account belongs.
The email belonged to my former organisation and I cannot access it anymore. I am unsure on how to handle this
I think you’ll just have to create a new account, unfortunately.
