Regain access to account after changing company

When we tried, here’s what the provider said:

To be clear, are you trying to regain access to your SonarCloud account or to GitHub? Because we can’t help with the latter…


Yes of course this is for SonarCloud.

To be clear I have access to my GitHub account. I am trying to login to my SonarCloud account using GitHub authentication. I get the error posted above from SonarCloud when attempting to do this because my GitHub account is no longer associated with my previous company email. This is exact same issue that multiple people have had and I referenced those issue numbers. Please resolve.
