I’m facing an issue with SonarCloud analysis on the main branch.
During analysis, the following error appears in SonarCloud:
There was an issue whilst processing the report.Please contact support with the Project Analysis ID:AZu2BLhcTPHagKN2cyn_
The SonarScanner execution in CI completes successfully, but the analysis fails on the SonarCloud side during the Background Task / report processing phase.
I have already tried rerunning the analysis multiple times on the same commit, but the issue persists.

Analysis type: branch analysis (not PR)
Approx. time of failure: (13 January 2026 - 15:22:01)
Could someone from the SonarCloud team please check this analysis using the Project Analysis ID above, or advise on possible causes?
I checked Administration → Background Tasks as you suggested, but unfortunately there were no additional details available.
The only message displayed was the following:
There was an issue whilst processing the report. Please contact support with the Project Analysis ID: AZu2BLhcTPHagKN2cyn_.”
Please let me know if there are any other logs or settings I should check, or if you need any further information from my side.
Apologies for this late answer. I did find the failed analysis you mentioned, unfortunately there was no clear reason attached to it. I also saw that recent analyses of your project were successful.
I’d like to update you: we’ve been running analyses on our recent branches and they are processing successfully. So from our side, the issue appears to be resolved and we’re not seeing the error anymore.
