Error while processing report on main branch (Project Analysis ID included)

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with SonarCloud analysis on the main branch.

During analysis, the following error appears in SonarCloud:

There was an issue whilst processing the report.Please contact support with the Project Analysis ID:AZu2BLhcTPHagKN2cyn_

The SonarScanner execution in CI completes successfully, but the analysis fails on the SonarCloud side during the Background Task / report processing phase.

I have already tried rerunning the analysis multiple times on the same commit, but the issue persists.

Details:

  • Branch: main
  • Analysis type: branch analysis (not PR)
  • Approx. time of failure: (13 January 2026 - 15:22:01)

Could someone from the SonarCloud team please check this analysis using the Project Analysis ID above, or advise on possible causes?

Can you check your project’s Administration → Background Tasks to see if you see any more detail on the error?

Thank you for your response.

I checked Administration → Background Tasks as you suggested, but unfortunately there were no additional details available.
The only message displayed was the following:

There was an issue whilst processing the report. Please contact support with the Project Analysis ID: AZu2BLhcTPHagKN2cyn_.”

Please let me know if there are any other logs or settings I should check, or if you need any further information from my side.
