Can we use Sonar Qube Community as a Software as a Service using the Sonar Source infrastructure? Or do we should go on-premises to use Sonar Community? If Saas is available for this version, what are the limitations?

No SaaS version of SonarQube exists exactly, but you might find SonarCloud to be the right fit if you’re using cloud-based ALMs (Azure DevOps Services, Bitbucket Cloud, GitHub.com, etc.)
Free for open-source projects, licensed by Lines of Code for private projects.
