Convert CheckStyles, FindBugs, PMD rules to Sonar Way

• Community Edition Version 7.4 (build 18908)
  • However, we are going to be contacting sales for an enterprise license

Currently we use CheckStyles, FindBugs, & PMD. Since Sonar no longer supports those (which is fine) I’m looking to convert my existing CheckStyle/FindBugs/PMD config files to Sonar Way rules. Is this possible? Is there a conversion utility? Thanks

Since Sonar no longer supports those

Those plugins are incompatible, but will be fixed soon:

• Sonar-FindBugs 3.9.0 is incompatible with SonarQube 7.4
• Checkstyle Plugin doesn’t work with SonarQube 7.3

SonarJava Rules vs SpotBugs/Checkstyle Rules

Hello, Have all the rules from SpotBugs/Checkstyle plugins been integrated to the SonarJava plugin? I saw that they are still available for download through the update center. Is there a way I can tell which rules overlap and which ones don’t? Thank you! JP

Are there some news on this topic? We have the same problem for our migration from Checkstyle/FindBugs to SonarJava: is there a possibility to convert a Checkstyle configuration to a SonarJava configuration? Or is there at least a rough mapping which rules are already covered by SonarJava?
