Choose the correct version of sonar-scanner related to the sonarqube client version

Hello,

I am using Sonarqube 10.3 onprem (installed via docker for now)
We will soon upgrade to sonarqube 10.7
We are using for now sonar-scanner 5.0.1 (inside gitlab) but i ask myself how to correctly choose the good version of the sonar-scanner for a specific version of sonarqube client

What is the process please ? A matrice maybe ? or some advices ?

Hi,

We don’t maintain scanner/server matrices. Latest/latest is the best rule of thumb.
