Cannot update billing information

When trying to update the billing information on my account, the “Save” button stayed disabled after clicking on it, and the information is not updated.

I’m getting a 400 error on https://sonarcloud.io/api/billing/update_payment_info
The response is:
{“errors”:[{“msg”:“Error while updating your payment information. Please verify that the information you provided is correct.”}]}

Hi @Clement_Denis,

I can see there is an issue with the payment configuration of your organization. My suspicion is that the organization was created a long time ago and in a way we no longer support well. I’m investigating the issue and looking for ways to fix it.
