When trying to update the billing information on my account, the “Save” button stayed disabled after clicking on it, and the information is not updated.

I’m getting a 400 error on https://sonarcloud.io/api/billing/update_payment_info 29
The response is:
{“errors”:[{“msg”:“Error while updating your payment information. Please verify that the information you provided is correct.”}]}

Error while upgrading. Please verify that the information you provided is correct.

I’ll have a look at your issue.
Can you confirm that you are still not able to update your billing information?

Also, is the button disabled from the start (like before you try to click on it) or is the button first enable => you click on it => it goes disabled => it stays disabled and you can see the error ?
