Cannot update Billing Information email address

When I update the billing information - in particular the email address where I get monthly invoices I get an error.

“Error while updating your payment information. Please verify that the information you provided is correct.”

All the fields show Green validation and no specific errors are given. Any ideas anyone?

I asked @mark_at_vanquis to share the organization key with us to investigate this issue further.
