Cannot access SonarCloud organization linked to Azure DevOps (sepdev)

We have an Azure DevOps organization named “sepdev”

that is already bound to SonarCloud.

However:

- The user who originally created the integration no longer works at the company

- We do not have access to the SonarCloud organization linked to this Azure DevOps org

- We cannot see or manage the organization in SonarCloud

- We cannot re-bind it with another user

We need assistance to:

- Either remove/unlink the Azure DevOps organization “sepdev”

- OR transfer ownership / grant us Organization Admin access

As noted in the docs:

If […] the organization already exists in SonarQube Cloud and you’ve lost administrator access to this organization, send a request to contact@sonarsource.com with all the necessary details.

Our Sales Admin team will be able to help you out. Make sure to provide the following details to them to speed up the process:

  • email/login of existing user who can become the new admin of the Org
