I had my ADO organization which tagged to Sonarcloud account in past. I didn;t remember that and want to link my ADO organization again with my DevOps account itself.
How that unlink the old integration and link the new integration can be done.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change organization binding for Azure DevOps.
Is the problem that you don’t remember how to log in to the SonarQube Cloud account you previously bound the organization with?
