Unbind Azure DevOps organization from old SonarCloud organization

Hello,
Our Azure DevOps organization Thot-it is currently bound to an existing SonarCloud organization created by a former employee.

We no longer have access to the SonarCloud account that created it, and we are unable to manage or use the organization.

Could you please unbind our Azure DevOps organization so that we can create a new SonarCloud organization?

We can provide proof of ownership of the Azure DevOps organization if necessary.

As noted in the docs:

If the import fails because the organization already exists in SonarQube Cloud and you’ve lost administrator access to this organization, send a request to sonar@sonarsource.com with all the necessary details.

They’ll be able to help you out!
