Bulk Change feature not working after upgrading

Hi,

I want to know how to resolve my problem with Bulk Change feature.
Bulk Change feature shows three dot cursor forever in the popup dialog when I click Bulk Change button.
“Results are temporarily unavailable. Indexing of issue is in progress.” banner is displayed and disapeared after several seconds.
As the result I couldn’t use Bulk Changes feature.

  • version: 9.2.4
  • steps to reproduce:
  1. Open a project
  2. Filter issues
  3. Check Bulk Changes
