When will the new amount start counting?
Not support here, but I believe your new line count limit should apply as soon as your license coupon is applied.
In our case we do not pay by credit card and our account manager applies the license code for us.
If you need a faster response you might be able to send an email through the sales contact on the main website.
And if you’re on a monthly plan, you will be billed for the new amount on your billing date, although you’ll have access to the new LoC threshold immediately.
