Thanks for letting us know.

We have an issue where some very users (who are coming back to the service) have issues logging in.

We are not fixing individual cases anymore and plan a real fix in January.

Hello to any newcomers to this topic. While from September - early December we were able to ofix some individual cases to help users login – we won’t be able to do that for the rest of the year and are planning to resolve this (for anyone facing this issue with login) in January.
