I am using azure devops with sonarqube. I want to know when we integrate azure devops pull request with sonarqube can we disable sonarqube comments on pull request. I cannot find a way to do so

Welcome to the community!
That update is using the PAT you configured into the organization (or project) at setup.
So… while this is not supported, it’s possible that removing write permissions or otherwise interfering with your PAT would do the job.
Would you mind sharing why you want to do this?
