Adding a new Org only through a free account

Hi everybody,

Is not possible for anyone on the team (even for the guy who have added the first Org) to onboard a new Org from AZDO, by following the documentation (Onboarding a new organization | SonarQube Cloud | Sonar Documentation).

To onboard a new Org I ever have to create a Org as a Free environment, and then move to the Enterprise. Is that the correct way?

This is actually the expected workflow. And yes. It’s terribly confusing. I’ll raise this (again) internally.

Thanks for flagging this, and thanks @ganncamp for the initial response.

You’re right - today, the Free-then-move-to-Enterprise path is the workflow, and we agree it’s more confusing than it should be. I’m picking this up and reviewing both the AZDO onboarding journey and the supporting documentation with the relevant teams internally. I’ll come back with more once we have a clearer view of what’s changing.

Onboarding is a major focus area for us right now, and real-world experiences like yours are exactly what we want to hear.
